Video Review of Gut Connect 365

What is leaky gut?

Leaky gut is when your intestines have microscopic holes that let undigested food and pathogens into your blood stream. Here are potential symptoms of leaky gut (aka intestinal permeability):

  • chronic diarrhea
  • constipation
  • gas or bloating
  • nutritional deficiencies
  • compromised immune function
  • arthritis or joint pain

If you have any of the above symptoms, there’s a good chance GutConnect 365 could help decrease your symptoms.

Now I’m going to review every ingredient…and review the research studies that show how they can help heal your leaky gut.

Ingredients in Gut Connect 365

synbiotic 365 ingredients updated

Now I’m going to review every single ingredient in GutConnect 365.

Active Ingredients

The following ingredients are put into this product with the intention of healing leaky gut, aka intestinal permeability.

Edward Rose M.D. looked through the clinical literature to find the best research studies on these ingredients. I am using his great work to analyze the ingredients in this product to see if they make sense.

L-Glutamine

L-Glutamine has been shown to help repair the intestinal epithelial lining.A1,A2. That is a fancy way to say that it helps repair leaky gut.

In times of stress – both acute or chronic, the body can’t manufacture sufficient L-Glutamine to cover needs, so supplementation can be beneficial.

There is also evidence that L-Glutamine helps build and maintain muscle mass.A3 This is especially true as we age,A4 or if our digestion gets compromised.

Quercetin Dihyrate

Quercetin dihyrate is an easily absorbed antioxidant that has been clinically studied.B1 Quercetin is effective at soaking up free radicals that cause oxidative damage to proteins. Keep in mind that our intestines have proteins that need protecting from oxidative damage.

This ingredient will likely prevent damage to our gut lining proteins. And with less destruction of our intestines, our body can direct more resources to repairing permeability in our gut…making it less leaky and more solid.

Quercetin dihyrate also protects the kidneys in rat studies.B2 So it’s a good bet that human kidneys are protected by quercetin dihyrate as well.

Slippery Elm Bark

Slippery elm bark has been shown to help with constipation and diarrhea. In a small study for both constipative irritable bowel syndrome (IBS-C), as well as alternating diarrhea & constipative IBS (IBS-M).C1 Slippery elm has also been shown to have antioxidant properties in-vitro.C2

Slippery elm is traditionally considered a gut soothing compound useful for treating stomach ulcers. Ulcer treatment by slippery elm has been proven in horses,C3 but I would bet that it’s effective in humans as well.

Organic Marshmallow Root

Marshmallow root has been proven to repair leaky gut. It repairs leaky gut by stimulating the growth of intestinal cells, called epithelial cells. The study also showed that marshmallow form a protective layer for the epithelial cells – preventing future leaky gut damage.D1

Marshmallow root has been used medicinally since at least the Ancient Greeks. In the middle ages it was used to soothe stomach ailments.D2

Marshmallow root may even play a role in improving immune response and fighting autoimmune disorders.D3

N-Acetyl Glucosamine

This is a monosaccharide abbreviated GlcNAc. Derived from glucose, it helps form cell walls in bacteria when crosslinked with other polymers and peptides. In humans, it combines with glucuronic acid to form hyaluronic acid, a major component of cells walls, collagen, and cartilage. There may be some immunomodulatory effects via inhibition of elastase release from white blood cells.

Glucosamine is widely used for the treatment and prevention of osteoarthritis, although its mechanism of action is poorly understood. According to a study by Kubomura, GlcNAc improves cartilage health as indicated by biomarkers of cartilage growth and turnover. Another paper by the same author showed that glucosamine was chondroprotective, reducing inflammation in the joint and destruction of chondrocytes. More recently, Lee reported that GlcNAc downregulates T-helper cells, reducing the autoimmune aspects of multiple sclerosis.

Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice root extract

Licorice root has been used to treat digestive disorders since the Ancient Egyptians. F1

The mechanisms for deglycyrrhizinated licorice’s leaky gut beneficial effects are likely 3 fold:F2

  • antioxidant
    • Further leaky gut damage can be prevented by the antioxidant properties of deglycyrrhizinated licorice root extract.
  • antimicrobal
    • Decreasing the pathogens in our intestines can decrease leaky gut by giving more territory back to probiotics which help decrease intestinal permeability.F3
  • immunoregulatory
    • One symptom of leaky gut is arthritic symptoms, which are likely part of an autoimmune problem. This problem may be improved by the immunoregulatory properties of deglycyrrhizinated licorice root extract.

***A quick note*** – deglycyrrhizinated licorice root is not thought to affect blood pressure like plain licorice root extract does.source Of course you should still check with your doctor when you have health conditions before taking a supplement.

Aloe Vera Extract

At the dose of 50mg like in this product, aloe vera extract is a mild laxative. It has been used as a laxative for thousands of years.G1 There is limited research showing that it may help with digestive issues like IBS,G2 and it may encourage your native probiotics to thrive.G3

So in this product at this dose, I think this ingredient helps keep reduce constipation, and it supports native probiotic populations. It’s safe to say that aloe vera likely indirectly supports healing of leaky gut.

Maitake Mushroom Extract

Maitake mushroom extract shows evidence of being antiviralH2 as well as blood sugar stabilizing.H3

Stable blood sugar causes our bodies to spend more time in a healing (parasympathetic) state – which helps repair leaky gut. The anti-viral effects are also indirectly good for general healing.

Zinc Orotate

Zinc orotate is a more easily absorbable form of zinc. And zinc has been shown to improve leaky gut in a number of highly cited research studies.

Zinc has been shown to decrease leaky gut in children with diarrhea.I1 It has also been shown to decrease leakiness of tight junctions. I2 With zinc supplementation, guinea pigs and rats also had decreased intestinal permeability.

The scientific evidence is quite strong for zinc helping heal leaky gut!

Other Ingredients

Besides the ingredients included for helping heal leaky gut, there are a few other ingredients. These ingredients are responsible for the taste, easy mixing into water, and sweetness of the drink.

Natural Flavors

The natural flavors are responsible for the vanilla and cinnamon flavor of the drink.

MCT Oil Powder

The MCT oil powder makes the drink blend better. MCT oil also has been shown to help with heart health and weight loss.1,2

Rebaudioside A (Stevia Leaf Extract)

Stevia is a natural sweetener that causes no increase in blood sugar.3 Using this sweetener keeps this product sugar free, and low in calories.

How Does It Taste?

Here’s how it tastes:

  • Vanilla cinnamon flavor
    • Most products stick to plain chocolate or vanilla. But GutConnect 365 has a unique blend of vanilla and cinnamon that really works well.
  • Chocolate Coconut (new flavor)
    • This is a brand new flavor and it tastes amazing. The chocolate and coconut flavor blend together perfectly!
  • Not overly sweet (sugar-free)
    • They use a sugar free, stevia extract for sweetness. I like to blend it in about 12 oz of water so it makes it the perfect sweetness. The licorice root extract probably contributes to the sugar-free sweetness as well.
  • Smooth mouth feel – blends well – not chalky
    • It’s very smooth, and has none of the chalkiness that lots of health drinks have.

I often crave the taste, and look forward to drinking it each day. As soon as GutConnect is available to the public, I’m buying 3 bottles of this product for the taste…it’s so good, and it helps repair leaky gut.

  1. Patti Spoeth says:

What is the difference between GutConnect365 and Synbiotic365?

    • evan says:

      Hi Patti,

Each product works on different parts of the digestive process.

Synbiotic 365 – this helps people who have problem with their probotic bacteria in their intestines. There are over a hundred different health issues that have been tied to your probiotic bacteria — so it’s important to make sure they are as healthy as possible down there!

GutConnect 365 – this helps people who have intestinal permeability problems – aka holes in their intestines. That means that they will let things into your blood stream from your intestines that shouldn’t be there. That can be anything from undigested food, to pathogens into your blood stream. The symptoms of leaky gut can be anything from diarrhea to brain fog to arthritic symptoms.

I hope that clears things up.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  2. Suzanne says:

I am allergic to caffeine. Does this product contain caffeine?

  3. Rita says:

Can you drink this in hot water like coffee or just mix with hot water?

    • evan says:

      Hi Rita,

The hotter the water is, the quicker you want to drink it. If amino acids sit in hot water for a long time, they will degrade and have less benefit.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  4. Karen says:

Love the taste of this. Can i mix it with boiling water to make a hot drink?

    • evan says:

      Hi Karen,

That’s probably okay, but it should be drank soon after. Very warm water is okay, but you want to drink it fairly quickly.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  5. Mary says:

I am diabetic and my husband has congestive heart failure. Will we still be able to use this product?

    Mary

  6. Mary says:

Just tried GutConnect 365 -1 scoop w 8 oz water. Love the cinnamon flavor and easy to mix in my drink shaker. I will look forward to drinking it daily.

    Now excited for noticeable results!!

  7. Roz says:

Can I take vitamin b12 and probiotics with Gut Connect 365, or is that not necessary?

    • evan says:

      Hi Roz,

Gut Connect 365 does not have B12 or probiotics.

So I’d assume it’s fine to take both together.

But, you always want to check with your doctor before you take a supplement in case you have complicated health conditions.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  8. Dorothy says:

How many times do you drink this 8oz drink a day?

  9. Maureen says:

can you tell me the amount of calories per serving this product has?

    • evan says:

      Hi Maureen,

      Each scoop has 20 calories.

The calories come from L-glutamine (amino acid – components of protein), and also MCT oil (which is a fat). This study, and this study show that MCT oil has some weight loss benefits if you’re interested.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  10. Ann says:

Can you take this product if you’re allergic to cinnamon and peanuts? It has a cinnamon flavor.

  11. Mildred Silva says:

Hi. Can this be mixed with almond milk?

  12. Judy Maness says:

Is it possible that this product helps with bile elimination? Seems to be helping me.

I received my gut connect & been on it for 5 days. I immediately noticed I didn’t feel bloated after eating. I already feel better. Looking for to the long term benefits ?

  14. S Gladish says:

Show the product be taken with or without food?

    • evan says:

      Hi S Gladish,

I would take it on an empty stomach. Ideally first thing in the morning before breakfast, or between meals.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  15. S Gladish says:

Thank you for your reply, as well as your fine review! Evan.
Love the taste, texture and mix ability

  16. L.L.Barrett says:

I found the GutConnect 365 had an odd aftertaste.
I mixed it with Zevia Ginger Root Beer (All Ingredients – Carbonated Water, Stevia Leaf Extract, Natural Flavors, and Citric Acid) and it masked the aftertaste very well.
As far as you can tell, is the Zevia Root Beer okay to mix with this?
    Thank you.

  17. Sarah says:

Can I take the Gut Connect 365 & the Snybiotic 365 at the same time?

  18. Janet DeField says:

I am not crazy about the taste but really want to give a try. Can it be put in a capsule and taken as a supplement and receive the same benefits?

  20. Bob says:

How much is gut connect 365

Can I mix the Gut Connect 365 with an ultra-filtered (1/2 the sugar, twice the protein) 2% milk with added omega 3 DHA (125mg/serving)?
    Thank you for your help.

  22. Terry L. says:

Hi, can you take this with other supplements?

    • evan says:

      Hi Terry,

Generally, yes. I don’t know of anything these ingredients would interact with. But, it’s always best to ask a doctor to be sure.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  23. Denise Caesar-Juba says:

I am allergic to shrimp, is it safe to take this supplement?

  24. Faye says:

    Faye,
On a keto diet will this still work, if not why? and if yes what is the best time to take it? thanks

    • evan says:

      Hi Faye,

As far as I know, the calories in the product come from coconut oil, which should be keto friendly. But I don’t know too much about keto diets, so I would consult other resources.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  25. Maria says:

Hello I don’t know how much to take a day?

    • evan says:

      Hi Maria,

It says 1 scoop of GutConnect 365 powder, mixed with 8 oz of water. It comes with a scooper in the package that will have the right amount.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  26. Phyllis Tess says:

Can I mix this powder into my mid-morning protein shake? I use unflavored protein powder with cold water.

  27. Debora Broadhead says:

I’ve been using GutConnect 365 for only a few days..and I already notice a big difference. I’m not as bloated and it helps takes away indigestion. I was struggling with IBS and it took away the cramps and diarrhea. Can’t wait to see how I feel after 30 days!

  28. gregory says:

Hi, I have been using GC365 for about a week now..and I am very happy with the results so far. Not only has it helped with my stomach issues, I have also lost 4 lbs so far. Great when mixed with juice in the morning. Look forward to taking it each day.

  29. Ramon G Munoz says:

I just bought GutConnect 365. I am wondering when is the best time to take it? Morning, noon, or supper? After a meal?

    • evan says:

      Hi Ramon,

I would take it on an empty stomach between meals. This is because the ingredients should be easier to absorb.

I think 15 minutes or more before breakfast is a great time.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  30. Larry Hanson says:

Had been watching the presentation on line, was interrupted, when I tried to reopen, couldn’t get back to the place I’d left off at,which was near the end(cost),my question is ‘how long does a jar last’?

  31. Vicky Bourdon says:

Do you ship to Canada and if so is the shipping free with a 3 month supply, as it is in US dollars which is more expensive for me.
    Thank you
    VickyB

  32. Lisa says:

    Is this product gluten free?

  33. Russell Bolling says:

I have noticed that after taking gutconnect for 2 weeks that the absorption of my daily medication has increased. Really strange but I have also noticed my blood sugar levels decreasing. I feel better, less tired, and am loosing some of my 58 year old belly.

    • evan says:

      Hi Russell,

That’s great to hear! The maitake mushroom extract was shown in a research study to help control blood sugar…maybe that’s a possible cause? I can’t say for sure, but I’m glad you’re feeling better.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  34. Wendy says:

    Which she’ll fish are used?

  35. Grace says:

Can it be consumed cold or hot?

    • evan says:

      Hi Grace,

The hotter the liquid, then quicker you want to drink it. Amino acids can break down if they’re too hot for too long.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  36. Ron says:

I’ve been taking GutConnect for about 2 weeks and starting to feel better my question is can I take GutConnect twice a day.

    • evan says:

      Hi Ron,

Once a day is the recommended dose. If you were to go beyond that, I would increase it slowly.

For example: you could have 1 scoop in the morning, and then 1/4 scoop in the afternoon. And maybe try that dose for a week.

Then you could go up another 1/4 scoop a week until you get to the right dose.

That’s how I would do it personally.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  37. Elaine Behrens says:

When is the best time to take the Gut Connect 365? Morning, afternoon, night? With food or on an empty stomach?

    • evan says:

      Hi Elaine,

Personally, I would take it in the morning before breakfast, on an empty stomach. My trainer told me that amino acids are absorbed most easily on an empty stomach…which are a big part of this product.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  38. Lori Grove says:

I am very happy with this product! I sleep better and notice it helping with joint inflammation as well as my husbands heart burn issues. My friend noticed in the first couple doses that her knees are feeling 100 percent better. She could barely walk and now her knees are not swelled or hurting! This is an excellent product.

  39. DAVID CARROLL says:

Will Gut Connect 365 help with IBS?

    • evan says:

      Hi David,

IBS symptoms and leaky gut have a lot of overlapping symptoms – so it’s easy to think someone has IBS, but they actually have leaky gut. So if your IBS symptoms were actually leaky gut symptoms, then this could help.

Or, you could have leaky gut and IBS. Or, your IBS could be causing leaky gut, which this supplement would likely be useful for.

But if your IBS symptoms were caused by a parasites and you didn’t have leaky gut, then I don’t think this would help.

At the end of the day they have a solid return policy, so I don’t think it would hurt to give it a shot.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  40. christine says:

can you put gut connect 365 into your smoothies in the morning? ALso can you take gut conncect 365 with synbiotic 365 at the same time?

  41. Patty says:

My husband is taking what we call his tonic which includes 2 Tablespoons of pomegranate and beet root juice and 1 Tablespoon of vinegar w/the mother. Can the Gut Connect 365 be combined with that?

  42. Joe says:

    Is this safe for kids?

  43. Cheryl Jackson says:

Thank you so much for this product. My sleep is much better. I also would like to increase the 365 to twice a day my elimination has changed tremendously.

    • evan says:

      Hey Cheryl,

Wonderful! I would say taking 2x per day is fine. I would ramp up slowly. A feeling of nausea is a side effect of too much L glutamine. So if you ramp up slowly, you should be able to back off if you are taking more than your body wants.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  44. Betty says:

Can you take GutConnect365 even if you continue to eat some of the no-no’s from the video (I am a pasta lover)? Or does taking this also require a change in diet? (I am just wondering if I will see results if my diet remains the same). Thanks for your help!

    • evan says:

      Hi Betty,

No you could eat the same if you wanted to. Personally, I would eat as healthy as you can stand it, but it’s important to not be overly strict so you can still be social (assuming you’re not allergic to such things).

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  45. Betty says:

Thanks for your response Evan. Would eating whole wheat pasta and bread be considered better? Not sure if that is less gluten. Thanks!

    • evan says:

      Hi Betty,

I dunno. Personally, I would experiment and see how you tolerate it.

It seems like different people tolerate different things…so you may have to experiment.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  46. Terri says:

I just received my product yesterday. It indicates that if I’m taking any medications that I should consult my physician first. I will make an appointment but hate to wait that long to try it. Is there information out there of what meds it may interfere with or is it just for precautionary measures?

    • evan says:

      Hi Terri,

This is typically a precautionary measure. But, you could be on an exotic medication, or have a condition that doesn’t interact well with these ingredients…so responsible companies will recommend to check with a physician when taking new supplements.

But the product is primarily amino acids which our body uses all over our body all the time.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  47. John H says:

Everytime I take GC365 I feel a little sick most of the day. I’m going try 1/2 scoop and see if that helps. It seems to be helping my heartburn problem.

  48. Leslie Thomson says:

I have been taking this for about 2 weeks. I have noticed a sounder sleep, and I am waking more refreshed. Does this make sense?

  49. Donna H. says:

Some supplements are renowned to not survive the stomach acid found in our digestive process. What’s different about this product that would help it get to the intestinal track safely and still maintain its potency?

    • evan says:

      Hi Donna,

Probiotics are the only supplement I know that can be affected by stomach acid.

Another thing you can do if you’re concerned, is to drink it on an empty stomach with lots of water…that can minimize the effect of stomach acid.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  50. Loretta says:

I Have only been taking this product for a week. I do not feel as tired during the day as I had.My heartburn has decreased.Im looking forward to feeling much better soon!!So far ,so good!

  51. Marialyce Havey says:

I’ve been using GutConnect365 for almost 2 weeks now. I feel better than I’ve felt in years! I’d forgotten what it was like to not be sick to my stomach, bloated, in pain, or to have heartburn.

I just started my husband on GC365, so we’ll see if it helps him as much as it has helped me.

    I love the taste!!!

  52. Lois Smith says:

Just opened my fourth jar of gut connect 365. Totally different color than first 3 jars. It is a beige color. Have they changed the product?

    • evan says:

      Hi Lois,

I emailed United Naturals, and here’s what they said:

Since the ingredients that go into making the GutConnect are Natural, they change with the seasonality of the crops that are used to produce.
We are continuing to work with ingredient suppliers to get crops that are consistent so that the color does not change with seasonality of crops.

      Thanks for the question,
      Evan Jerkunica

  53. Bhing says:

Can I take this 365 while I’m and antibiotics

    • evan says:

      Hi Bhing,

You’d have to ask your doctor or see if the ingredients interact with your antibiotics. I don’t see why they would, but I am not a doctor and you should always check.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  54. melissa h says:

Thank you for this product I love the taste, and excellent results!!

  55. Daneara johnson says:

Hello I wanted to no if I can add this in my morning breakfast veggie smoothie

  56. Tim says:

If I have a coffee immediately after taking Gutbuster365 do I diminish any benefits because it is a hot drink?

  57. Lana Bailey says:

I hope you will change the licorice to deglyerinated licorice root which doesn’t effect your blood pressure. You said you are working on not having shell fish in the future, t
    hat will be great

    • evan says:

      Hi Lana,

I’m sorry I didn’t make it 100% clear – it is deglycyrrhizinated – it should not contain the well known compound that can cause high blood pressure.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  58. Jenna says:

I’ve had the product for a week now and I’m wondering about the tiny specks that drift to the bottom of the cup that get leftover. Should I be making every effort to drink those, too? And what’s the best way to do that without refilling the cup a tad and drinking it super fast? lol

  59. Shirley clincy says:

Please make it without the shellfish, I cannot take it with that in it….thanks

  60. Jassi says:

I really wanted to give this a try until I read about shellfish as one of the ingredients. I’m vegetarian ☹️ If this can be made without I’m all in😊 please keep me posted. I did read somewhere that in future this ingredient can be removed.

  61. Diana Wilder says:

Hi I can’t use this product due to the shellfish. I was so excited going thru your video as I know this product felt like this is exactly what I need. Then when I checked the ingredients I read it had shellfish. I can’t wait to fix my health issues as I also had cancer which I’m greatful to be hear. So if this product changes to having no Shellfish I will be the happiest person. I want to be healthier. When you go to these Doctors they just don’t listen to all of what is going on with the patients. My Doctor retired & I have been struggling to find answers. Most of them just want to give you prescriptions & I want natural solutions not drugs.

    • evan says:

      Hi Diana,

      I’m the same way.

Sorry to hear about your doctor retiring.

On the slightly brighter side, GutConnect 365 not longer has shellfish in it.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  62. Charlotte says:

Hi. Can I mix GC365 with Almond milk instead of water? BTW I love your review.

  63. Michele K says:

what if I’m not allergic to shellfish, but am told I’m unable to digest it? I don’t have typical allergic responses like swelling and breathing issues, but suffer diarrhea and nausea when eating shellfish. Should I still hold off until this product removes this?
    Thank you,
    Michele K

  64. Natasha says:

Hi do you fill the scoop all the way to the top or half way wasn’t sure

  65. Acie Whitlock says:

Hi, I have gout which can be flared by shellfish. Do you have any reports/ experiences from patients/subscribers on gout flare ups after taking GCC

  66. Rachel says:

    Hello
I take blood thinners after heart surgery and was wondering how much vitamin K is in the supplement. My heart Doc said it would be fine just needed to ask if there is any vitamin K and if so not a ton. Thank you😊

    • evan says:

      Hi Rachel,

I spoke with my contact at United Naturals, and there is no vitamin K in GutConnect 365.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

    Thanks

  68. Beverly Duncan says:

I received mine over the weekend and have been drinking it for a few days now. I love the taste. I just mix it in my shaker with regular tap water and drink it. I have been amazed at the difference of my bowels already. I love this product. I M trying to get my husband to try it.

  69. Lizell Stark says:

I drink Cayenne pepper water every morning till about 11am.

Do I take this powder in the middle of that?

  70. Donna morris says:

Hey can I blend this with protein powder and collagen powder Which I am allergic to shellfish would like to try if I can use half of it’s a day

  71. Lee walker says:

I was curious, I have tried to find if there are any side affects to gut 365 and haven’t seen any, just thought I’d ask! Just got my 365, tomorrow morning bottoms up!!

    • evan says:

      Hi Lee,

If people take more L glutamine (an ingredient in GutConnect 365) than their body wants, they can get nausea.

I haven’t heard of it happening to anyone taking this product, but it is a possibility.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  72. Sarah says:

Game changer! I work in the medical field and had been misdiagnosed with severe IBS-C for years, as long as I can remember. I was having to take 2 max dose rx laxatives with espresso + a suppository anytime I wanted to go to the bathroom, could not go without. I did a ton of research on leaky gut and I fit the criteria & thought, what the hell let me give Gut Connect a shot. Let me tell you how grateful I am that I did! I also started taking Activated You that has pre & probiotics so I take a scoop of each Activated You + Gut Connect 365 in my smoothies with spinach and berries every morning and my stomach & skin feel incredible and are NORMAL!!! No bloating, regularly using the restroom with perfect consistency, no straining, no nausea! Highly
    Highly recommend!!!!!

  73. Diane Collens says:

When is the 365 available without shellfish?

  74. hector gutierrez says:

Does this product have pork or shell fish ingredients in it ? I bought a different product
for leaky gut, and found it has shell fish and crab on the allergen warning.

    • evan says:

      Hi Hector,

Old versions of GutConnect 365 did have shellfish. But, this product doesn’t have shellfish any longer.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  75. Hector Gutierrez says:

Does this product have any pork ingredients for example
    Diglycerides
    Mono-diglycerides
    triglycerides
and gelatin just to name a few. Also does this product contain and artificial dyes?
Thank you for your time to answer my concerning questions.

  77. Beatriz Foyo says:

    Hello again,
Can I take the Symbiotic and the Gut connect at same time?

  78. Tammy says:

Can I take the GutConnect 365 if I am taking antibiotics? I take 2 twice a day morning and evening.

    • evan says:

      Hi Tammy,

I can’t advise you on a medical matter. Personally, I took GutConnect 365 during my last course of antibiotics. Antibiotics can be associated with increased intestinal permeability (aka leaky gut), so that’s why I took them with my last course of antibiotics. I also took Synbiotic 365 along with my antibiotic course as well, you can read about that here: https://probiotics.org/take-antibiotics-with-probiotics/

      Best,

  79. Dr. Rae says:

    What are the shellfish ingredients?

  80. Joyce says:

Dr. Vincent Pedre, MD says he developed GutConnect365
    So who is this dude?

  81. Chandra says:

BUYER BEWARE! The money back guarantee is a farce! I purchased the product, tried it for about 7 weeks and found that it made absolutely no difference for me. I requested info on how to return the remainder of the product and get a refund. I was met with a stonrwall saying I could not receive a refund – in two emails claiming it was over 60 days (date of placing order). It got shipped to Canada several days later. I furnished proof, pasted on to the shipping box, indicating that I was well within the 60 days. I was sent an email saying a ticket has since been created. To date no one has replied about the status of my refund.

  82. Delphine says:

I just started Gut connect 365
My docteur recommends 3 scoops per day…
Is it too much? Does it make any difference wether it’s one or 3 scoops?

    Thank you

    Delphine

    • evan says:

      Hi Delphine,

You gotta listen to your doctor. You may have special circumstances that mean it makes 100% sense to take triple the dose.

If you aren’t being supervised by your doctor, I would only take the recommended dose.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  83. Bre says:

This is a fuckin hoax. United Naturals is a fuckin joke. They say refer a friend and get $30 off, but you have no way of getting that $30 off when you go to purchase. I’ve been emailing with their CS team for over 2 weeks, and have yet to receive a partial refund for my $30 off. They’re just scamming on a promo!!!

  84. Elda Palacios says:

My order was processed two weeks before and now isn’t coming yet. Please explain!

  85. Sharon says:

I bought 3 jars- I noticed every time I use this product I get very dizzy and weak. Should I reduce the amount from one scoop to half? And should I take this every other day and not daily?

  86. Sharon says:

I just sent a message. I bought 3 jars- part from getting dizzy and feeling weak, I also noticed my chest burns. Is this normal?

  87. Lisa says:

Just received my first container. It’s not vanilla like was advertised, it’s chocolate coconut. Hope this is still the same product. Can I mix this in milk instead of cold water?

  88. Murphy says:

Did it expect a chocolate, coconut flavor. Disappointed.P

  89. Joann says:

Can someone please help me to see if me order went through

  90. Karen says:

Never got an answer to this question …..Have they ever considered making GC365 with out stevia, dont like it cause it makes my stomach hurt, and bad after taste.

  91. Mary Christensen says:

I have been using your gut medicine for 4 months it does work for regular bowel but I have noticed my gut is getting is growing and I’m active. Should I be worried? This is not best time to get to doctor. Do you suggest I stop?

  92. Cindy says:

I was so excited to order this product after listening to an almost an hour long video…
My confirmation email said I would receive this product in 3 to 8 days… ok no problem.. I have made 3 calls to customer service to see why my order has not been shipped yet.. first agent told me she would put a COURTESY rush on it… second agent told me no notes were in file that anything was done but she would reach out to supervisor…third call this morning I asked for a refund and agent politely said.. sure no problem I can help you with that.. I guess they really don’t value their customers.

  93. onelia says:

This product may give me. hemorrhoids?
I started taking it and i was going to the regular bathroom but from moments the hemorrhoids came out with a lot of pain and i ‘m kind of worried that if the Couse was this product

  94. Chris Evenson says:

I have been using Gut Connect 365 but I find it way too sweet. I appreciate that it has Stevia in it instead of sugar, but as someone who is trying to avoid sweets to lessen a craving for such, would you please consider making a version with zero to VERY LITTLE sweetener. We can always add our own to taste. Thank you for all you do in educating us on our health.

  95. Charmaine Kathleen Bolstad says:

I have purchased both symbiotic 365 and gut connect 365
for many months and very happy with these products.
I do intermit fasting (18/6 eating time)

When is it the BEST time apart OR when during the day to take these two amazing products together the BEST benefit.

    • evan says:

      Hi Charmaine,

Personally I take these supplements on an empty stomach, first thing in the morning. I tend to feel more satiated when I do the GutConnect 365 before breakfast.

You could also try taking them between meals when your stomach is empty. At least 1 person has reported taking GC365 before bed and doing well with that.

I would not do the Synbiotic 365 after dinner, since it has B vitamins that can have a slight energizing effect, which may not be what you want right before bed time.

So I would encourage you to experiment a bit and see what works best for you.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  96. Enetra Patterson says:

Im allergic to shellfish (Shrimp, Lobster) I read that the ingredients no longer contain shellfish. Is that correct. I received my bottle today and I don’t want to take it and get sick

  97. Lisa Cimarik says:

California proposition 65 Warning indicates this product may cause cancer and birth defects … ?? I saw no such warning in the looking video by Dr. Order. Is this true? If so, can you list the ingredients that would do this. Does the product contain mercury, lead, and such harmful chemicals? Thanks.

  98. Edith Wallis says:

Is this product available in Australia? I have an IBS diagnosis and am following fodmap diet but after 6 weeks not much progress. CAme across gutconnect 365 in my research

    • evan says:

      Hi Edith,

Sorry it’s not available in Aus. You could have it bought by someone in the USA, and then shipped to you by them. There are services that do that or you can ask a mate :)

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  99. Janet D says:

My husband and I just started taking gc365
    a few days ago
All of these comments have helped,
My husband has no side affects , however I have to take a little less than half a scoop because I felt a bit nauseous
Now, from reading these comments, I’m going to try adding more water.
We are only a few days in and cannot wait to see how well this product will help, especially my husband .

Also, please respond to us about, does this product contain pork?
I saw that question asked a few times, but no answer was given that I saw.

Thank you , have a blessed day :)

    • evan says:

      Hi Janet,

      No pork, it is vegan.

L glutamine can cause nausea if you’re taking more than your body wants. I would take way less so you stay away from that threshold. But over time you can build up to more, but it can take a little while to get used to it.

      Take care,
      Evan Jerkunica

  100. Kevin Garvey says:

Can you take both products together.

  101. Ruma says:

On their website, it warns people that the chemicals in it might cause cancer and fertility issues. Is it true when it’s supposed to be made up of natural products?

Also, is it vegun or has any animal traces?

    • evan says:

      Hi Ruma,

They put that because of prop 65 in California. Here’s an article about it from a California newspaper: https://www.ocregister.com/2019/09/02/the-follies-and-excesses-of-proposition-65/ If you go in pretty much any building in California, you’ll see that kind of warning. So it’s put on most anything to avoid getting sued. 99% of the time it’s probably meaningless, and this is one of those cases.

GC365 is a great product that I take myself. And I you can find reviews of people happy about it, showing the benefits to themselves. The science behind the ingredients is pretty strong, and I would not expect cancer or fertility issues caused by it.

      Best,
      Evan Jerkunica

  102. Cindy Chau says:

    Hi,
I’m a 49 year old woman that’s has had constipation problems all her life. I just recieved the GutConnect 365 today and took my first 8 oz at 11:30 am and by 8:30 pm I was in the bathroom with diarrhea. So not sure if this is normal. I just have a couple of questions…
    1. Is it normal for the diarrhea to happen?

    2. When we take the GC365 do we have to cut out certain foods? Like we would do when doing a detox cleansing.

    Thank you

  103. Ms. Ann says:

I, have purchased about 6 jars of this product for me and my Family and i love it is a very very good product. But my question is can i take it in the morning and then again just before i go to bed. Since i’ve had chemo my stomach do ok doing the day but when i lye down it starts to act up, so is it is OK AND SAFE, to take 2 times a day

    • evan says:

      Hi Ms. Ann,

One possible concern with taking GutConnect 365 twice a day, is that taking too much L glutamine can have some side effects.

And because of your chemo history, you can check with your doctors if that’s okay to take extra. If it’s okay to take more, maybe just slowly increase the dose instead of just doubling it in 1 day…and pay attention for any side effects.

      To your health,
      Evan Jerkunica

  104. Juan Amaya says:

I got gut connect 2 month ago but I just stared using it about 4 days ago. Can I mix it with smothies like milk and berries, almonds or juices such as pinaple, apples, celery and other vegetables?

  105. denise forbes says:

i got 365 syn biotic. i tried it for a month and it really upset my stomach. i waited for a month and tried it again hoping i would tolerate it. i took one pill and my stomach was upset. I tried calling, emailing and online. only to discover it won’t let me return because it didn’t accept my order number, email address or zip code.
    bummer: I’m out over $200.00.
