    I havent seen a difference with many of them but it helps with constipation. It helps with stomach issues

    I just started daily kefir smoothies. It is amazing how mild my symptoms of Covid are. I tested a very strong positive just two days ago, In a little less than 48 hours, I already feel like I just have a weaker than average cold.
