Lactobacillus probiotics comprise a small percentage of the good bacteria in our body, but they have a huge health effect. Research studies have shown probiotic strains of Lactobacillus are known for numerous health benefits for everyone from babies and infants to adults and the elderly.

These benefits range from reducing allergies (eczema), fighting cancer, reducing cavities, to lowering blood pressure. They also can help with digestive problems such as occasional diarrhea, flatulence, IBS and ulcerative colitis.

But perhaps most importantly, the lactobacillius microflora lower the pH of the intestines and pave the way for other probiotics such as SBOs and Bifidobacteria. So when we use lactobacillus bacteria in a blend with other type of probiotics, such as an Acidophilus Bifidus blend, we can reap the benefits of all the probiotics.

Among the various strains of probiotic Lactobacillus, we are afforded an amazing number of benefits, at least 140 have been proven by scientific research.

  1. Susan Kownacki says:

If you already have Pseudomonas, does the probiotic get the flora back in even kiel? How long would that take until you might begin to feel better with nausea symptoms?

  2. evan says:

That depends on your body and your lifestyle over the past 10+ years. I have not met you & have not had you take any diagnostic tests, so I am not sure.

That being said, taking probiotics will have some effect on the composition of your probiotic flora. Now if you take probiotics and:
-eat lots of fruits and veggies, and avoid sugary processed food and grains
-sleep 8+ hours a night, and go to bed before 10am and wake up around 6am
-stay very well hydrated with clean, filtered water
-do light exercise, like taiqi or yoga
-work on things that stress you out, and work to resolve them and/or change your perception of them
-have something fun and exciting you look forward to doing in the near future

That will turn your flora back in even kiel.

Probably a bit more than you were expecting to hear from a probiotics website, but our body is a seamlessly integrated system…what’s good for the body, is good for the probiotics, and vise versa.
